"Extraordinarily dry to the palate but with a smooth and harmonious after-taste, the flavour is very persistent. Its maturing and character are noted by smelling the emptied glasses in which its aroma lingers for some time.
Ideal serving temperature: 10º to 12º.
It is the best aperitif with any "tapa" (Spanish appetiser): shellfish, olives, cured ham and to accompany consommés. It is also an ideal table wine to accompany fish and rice dishes."
