Wine Maker's Notes:
"Minimum aging in cellars: 18 to 24 months. The pinkish tones provided by the Monastrell grape (slightly reddish, like the color of strawberries) are clean, without oxidation and with a persistent white crown. The aroma is elegant, the texture silky and the bouquet harmonious. In the mouth it is perfectly rounded. It is also good with most kinds of pasta. A spring-like cava perfect for young people.
