Rosso di Montalcino: Vineyard rated one of the top 10 "Fastest Improving Producers" in Central Italy by the Wine Report 2009. Made of 100% Sangiovese grapes, this wine is cultivated at over 400 meters above sea level giving it an especially delicate flavor. This is a fruity wine with considerable body that gives a fresh aroma of ripe cherries and underlying traces of oak. The Rosso di Montalcino goes well with all red meat, pasta dishes and cheeses.
